Smoked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Five pounds of chicken wings

3 tablespoons oil (olive, canola, or vegetable)

2 ½ tablespoons black pepper

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon seasoning salt

2 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespoons red pepper flakes

Directions:

Soak the wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Place these on the smoker when the coals are white hot.

Place all of the ingredients in very large zip lock bag and shake the bag to fully coat the wings.
